The LAW & the SPIRIT

Galatians 5:18
But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
Romans 8:14
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
The Spirit of God leads a child of God and you do not need a law or its enforcement before you know and do what is right.
Even when there is no rules and regulations or punishment/penalty in place or anyone/device watching, monitoring or enforcing, a child of God who is being led by Spirit knows what is right to do.
What that means is that Spirit of God in us is greater than the Law. We are ruled and directed by the Spirit of God. Therefore, if we break the law, we definitely must have first ignored and disobeyed the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Are we still being led by the Holy Spirit?
Are we responding to the leading of the Holy Spirit?
Our Prayer;
God help us all to be sensitive to, hear and obey the leading of the Holy Spirit in our daily living (at home, work, on the road, everywhere) in Jesus Name we pray.

Forgiveness

When we do what is wrong, we need forgiveness to be set free of guilt and make peace with the one that we have offended. Same applies to when others offend us, we are to forgive them their offence against us. As humans, we think there are offences that are hard to forgive or cannot be forgiven but there is no offence too hard for God to forgive us, likewise God wants us to forgive anyone who offends us. Do you feel you have not sinned? Do you feel you have sinned and cannot be forgiven? Do you feel some has offended you and can never be forgiven? Let search God's Word together. The word of God below is an assurance that you can be forgiven; 1 John 1:8-10 New International Version If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. What are the consequences of LIES?
